Human Serum Albumin
Human Serum Albumin is the most abundant protein in human plasma. The binding capacity due to it’s negatively charged characteristic effectively remove toxic substances, including pyrogens, from the medium.
Human albumins contain 16% nitrogen and are often used as standards in protein calibration studies, blocking agent in immunoblots or ELISA applications
